Glucose is a clear sugar syrup used in the manufacturing of a range of sweets such as marshmallows or rolled sugar paste/fondant. It is also useful in preventing sugar crystallisation in your home made sweets and ice-cream.
Liquid glucose is sold in packaged 1kg tubs or can be weighed in to smaller 100g portions as required.
